are sent an orientation package that includes
a description about Country-Wide and its history,
workflow, requirements, scheduling process,
report format requirements, questions that are
generally to be answered, Service Performance
Goals and a physicians fee schedule. A second,
more detailed letter, orients the provider to
the specific client requirements on each particular
case for report information including causal
relationship, need for treatment, disability,
return to work status and confidentiality of
medical information.

On a quarterly basis, Country-Wide verifies
and updates the credentialing files on each
Provider. Any Medical Specialists found to be
not in compliance with Country-Wide Credentialing
Methods are removed from the Medical Specialist
Panel. Similarly, any Providers found to be
in violation of the State Board are removed
from Country-Wide's panel. Our clients are notified
within 48 hours of removal from the Medical
Specialist Panel.
On a quarterly
basis, via telephonic questionnaire, the Provider
Relations Department updates the credentialing
file on each Provider and sends names of each
Provider to the State Office of Professional
Licensing to verify that the Provider has not
been in violation of any State Professional
Licensing Laws.
