A summary of all your IME appointments can be
sent to you weekly. Summaries can be individually
sent to each adjuster and/or sent to the claims
supervisor, as well as, the whole company's appointment information.

Register Report-
Keeping up with payments for IME reports can
be time consuming. We can provide a monthly
outstanding balance broken down with all the
necessary claims information included- further
reducing your claims examiners time and paperwork.
Turn-Around
Time Report- Itemized by Medical Specialists
and individualized by the client, this report
calculates the average amount of time from date
of exam until billing date. This report is utilized
by our Quality Assurance Staff to determine
if our providers are meeting our Service Performance
Goals.
Outcome
Report- This report tracks the results
of the IME's held for your claimants so you
can determine how many positive vs negative
reports are being processed for your company's
claims.
Telephone
Log- This software
feature allows the claims examiner to view the
notes that have been entered in Country-Wide's
Internal Software for the life of a file.Our
clerks record any and all telephonic communication
with claim reps, claimant's and their representation.
This is extemely helpful when a patient is stating
that they were unaware of a scheduled examination.
Show/No-Show
Ratio- This
report breaks down by category the success rate
of scheduled appointments. Counts and percentages
are generated for the total number of: scheduled
appointments, claimant's "Seen", examination
"No-Shows" and cancellations.
Peer
Review Analysis- A complete analysis
of your peer review requests including: Total
Requests, Average Turn-Around Time, Total Amount
Reviewed, Total Amount Reduced, Differential,
Cost for Peer Reviews and Net Savings. This
monthly statement is essential in determining
the value of Peer Review Reports in the medical
cost containment process for your company.
