Country-Wide
tailors its services to meet the needs of time
driven, cost effective claims management. An
essential measure of service performance is
report turn-around time(TAT).
Our Service
Performance Goals are:
| Report |
Business Days |
| IME |
5 days |
| Peer Reviews |
4 days |
| Radiology Reviews |
4 days |
When the
Claim's Clock starts...
The turn-around
time "clock" for an IME report begins
upon examination of the claimant and stops when
the completed report arrives at the claims examiners
desk. TAT for a peer review or radiology review
is calculated by measuring the difference in
business days from when Country-Wide receives
the request until the finished report is returned
to the examiner.
Why set goals?
The objective
of the Service Performance Goals (SPG) is to
provide our clients with a clearly defined set
of expectations for the turn around time of
Country-Wide's medical reports. The SPG are
thoroughly outlined to all Country-Wide personnel
and all active Medical Specialists. Compliance
to the Service Performance Goals has also become
a determining factor in evaluating employee
performance and has a strong impact on the number
of referrals assigned to each medical specialist.
