Medical Evaluations
An Independent Medical Evaluation is an objective second opinion
exam performed on behalf of an insurance carrier to
determine medical status of a claimant. The product
is a comprehensive report detailing treatment, testing,
disability, causal relationship, etc. (as requested
by the carrier).
Peer
Reviews
A Peer Review is a medical report utilized to determine
the medical necessity of a specific test, series of
tests, treatment, medical supplies, or surgery. The
report is based on the opinion of a medical specialist
after reviewing a set of medical records.
Radiology
Reviews
A Radiology Review is a second opinion performed by
a Radiologist. The Radiologist reviews and interprets
x-rays that have already been performed on the claimant.
We can retrieve the films and store them for the life
of our business relationship.

Reviews
We provide on-site client support to review your files
and make medical recommendations for relevant IMEs,
Peer Reviews, and Radiology Reviews
Denial
Services
When treatment is determined unnecessary,
we can supply any documentation necessary to your specific
denial process. When applicable, we can provide completed
NF-10 forms for each denial, or any other forms required
by state legislature.
Bill
auditing
Our in-house bill specialist can review medical bills
to determine if the charges are concurrent with state
recommendations for specific equipment and/or services. |
